I started a joy moment practice a week ago today.
I simply reflect back on the day before and recall my highest joy moment.
I write it down
I think this will strengthen my joy muscle like
My gratitude practice of writing down five things a day I’m grateful for
has done for my gratitude muscle
I’ve really missed joy
I’m the one that turned away
I see that now
What fun to turn back
Stand up and shake myself off
